In accordance with the DMCA, we’ve adopted the policy below toward infringement of copyright.

1. Policy Toward Infringement

We reserve the right to:
(1) remove or disable access to any content that we believe in good faith to be infringing copyrighted material;
(2) terminate access to our services for users who are repeat infringers.
Use of RallyThreads services is subject to our [Terms of Service], which incorporates this Copyright Dispute Policy.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through our services infringes upon your copyright (or that of someone you are authorized to represent), please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder;
A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
A description of the material that is allegedly infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as a URL);
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email (if available);
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice

Once a properly formatted infringement notice is received, we may:
Remove or disable access to the material in question;
Notify the user responsible for posting the allegedly infringing content;
Terminate service for users who repeatedly violate this policy.

4. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing the following:
Your physical or electronic signature;
A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was wrongly removed or disabled;
Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available);
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where RallyThreads is located;
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA claim.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original claimant initiates legal action.
